Thomas E. Tatro (“Ted”), a founding partner in the law firm of Brown & Tatro, P.C., concentrates his practice in estate planning and business succession as well as charitable foundation formation and operation in both the public and private format.  A tax lawyer by profession, Mr. Tatro has nearly fifteen years of tax and legal experience.  Mr. Tatro assists clients with mergers and acquisitions, as well as all related federal and state tax ramifications effecting legal entities.  Mr. Tatro’s expertise includes: Income Tax, Tennessee Excise Tax, preparation of Wills, Trusts, and other Testamentary documents to properly and securely handle complex transfers, pre-planning on transfer of assets, corporate sales, and preparation and review of corporate and individual tax returns.
